Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
We do our best to ship immediately and try to limit it to 24hrs, however, this is not a guarantee. Unfortunately there are some areas delivery companies don’t ship to for various reasons such as security, in this instance, we advise selecting your nearest pick up point as the delivery location.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available, this is purely dependent upon your selection delivery method). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if this occurs, please contact us at support@tonescare.com and we will assist you in reaching out to the courier.
